Refund and Cancellation Policy

PFC3 Educare Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operating under the brand name Sakaar Classes (Website: www.sakaarpcmb.com), adheres to the following Refund and Cancellation Policy for all course enrollments, program registrations, and academic services.
1. Overview
By registering for any course or educational program offered by Sakaar Classes (PFC3 Educare Pvt. Ltd.), students and their parents or legal guardians acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms set forth in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
2. Discretionary Refund Policy
Management Discretion: All decisions regarding refunds, fee adjustments, or program cancellations are solely at the discretion of the management of PFC3 Educare Pvt. Ltd.
Mandatory Personal Meeting: Once a student registers for a course or program, refund requests will only be evaluated and processed following a mandatory personal meeting and discussion with the management team at our corporate office in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
Non-Transferability: Any fee paid toward a course, admission, or service is strictly non-transferable to another student, individual, or external educational institution, unless authorized explicitly in writing by the management.
3. Procedure for Refund Requests
To initiate a request regarding a fee refund or course cancellation:
The parent/guardian must submit a formal written application stating the specific reason for requesting a refund to sakaarpcmb@gmail.com or hand-deliver it to our corporate office.
The parent/guardian must schedule and attend an in-person meeting with the management team at our corporate office address.
